Refund Policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by and you have changed your mind after your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if the refund has been approved or not. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
The credit may take several days to reflect on your account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@sliceoftennis.co.uk.
EXCHANGES
If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please get in touch with us at info@sliceoftennis.co.uk. We will send you a replacement product. We are going to need the product back so that we can send it back to the manufacturer to check the product for defects.Â
GIFTS
For items received as a gift, a refund can only be processed by the original buyer.
SHIPPING
To return your product, email us at info@sliceoftennis.co.uk and we will arrange the shipping return details with you directly.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
