What is your warranty policy on the PressureBall Tube?
We are so confident in the ability of this product that we have a 6-month warranty on the product. This means the product is free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of (6) months from the original invoice date.
Warranty of product will be void if you used any hand pump that does not have a pressure gauge on it, if you inflate the tube over 20psi, or if you use an electric air pump to pump up the tube (this includes pumps found at petrol stations and garages). Or if you pierce the tube with any object.
If for any reason that the product fails to work in the agreed terms of use we will replace the product once the product has been returned to us.

For the UK and Ireland, we ship using Royal Mail. This means you can expect delivery in around 3-4 working days.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We offer 2-4 day shipping throughout the United Kingdom Mainland (excluding Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, and Scottish Highlands might take longer.)
All orders placed will ship from our premises within 1 business working day. The shipping duration also depends on the destination.
Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as floods or bad weather. If it's been more than the allocated shipping time for your order, contact us so we can check on the delivery status!
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We only track orders over the value of £40. Everything else is signed for delivery by Royal Mail. Tracking numbers are included in your shipping confirmation email or SMS.

Hence, if you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order, and then we might be able to take care of it.
